Ingredients
- 350 g puff pastry (frozen)
- 400 g Salmon fillet
- 200 ml milk
- 250 g ricotta
- 4 eggs
- 70 g Emmental cheese (grated)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp chervil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp scallion rings
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C with upper and lower heat.

Let the puff pastry thaw while lying side by side, then stack it again and roll out on a floured surface. Line the buttered pan with it.

Wash the salmon, pat dry and cube it.

Whisk the milk with ricotta, add eggs and cheese, season heavily with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread salmon and herbs on the base, pour over the egg mixture and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Serve garnished with herbs.
