Ingredients
- 200 g quark (20 %)
- 3 eggs
- 1 vanilla bean (the seed only)
- 1 untreated lemon (zest included)
- 50 g sugar
- Butter (for greasing the baking dish)
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Kiwis
- 200 g strawberries
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Wash, clean and slice the strawberries.

Peel the kiwis and cut them into wedges.

Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with quark, vanilla seed, and lemon zest until smooth. Whisk the whites with sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in the cornstarch and gently stir into the quark mixture. Pour into a greased baking dish and arrange the fruit on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
