- 2 mangos
- 400 g Low-fat quark
- 2 drops sweetener
- 4 tbsp mineral water
- 40 g chocolate (70%)
- 8 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Whisk the quark with sweetener and mineral water until smooth. Wash and peel the mango. Using a sharp knife, separate the flesh from the pit.

Cut the mango into cubes and fold them into the quark mixture, then divide among four glasses. Grate the chocolate, mix with oats and cinnamon, sprinkle over the quark, and serve.
