Ingredients
- 500 g low‑fat quark
- 1 vanilla bean (scraped interior)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 80 ml egg liqueur
- 20 ml amaretto
- 200 g cherries
- 200 g Raspberries
- 4 ice cream cone wrappers
Instructions

Mix quark, vanilla bean interior, sugar, egg liqueur and amaretto and place in a freezer for about 2 hours, stirring well every 20 minutes (or finish using an ice cream maker).
