Ingredients

  • 500 g low‑fat quark
  • 1 vanilla bean (scraped interior)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 80 ml egg liqueur
  • 20 ml amaretto
  • 200 g cherries
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 4 ice cream cone wrappers

Instructions

    Mix quark, vanilla bean interior, sugar, egg liqueur and amaretto and place in a freezer for about 2 hours, stirring well every 20 minutes (or finish using an ice cream maker).

    Wash, clean, dry the fruits.
