Ingredients
- 1000 g Paprika (red, yellow, green)
- Salz
- Pfeffer (from the mill)
- 1 bundle chives
- 500 g cream cheese quark
- 0.125 l whipping cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 sheets white gelatin
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Wash peppers, halve, seed and blanch in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until halves are tender. Drain well. Prepare gelatin according to package instructions and add to the quark. Season strongly with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whip the cream stiffly. Wash chives and cut half of them into ribbons.

Fold the whipped cream and chives in. Grease a loaf pan and layer peppers and quark. Finish with a top layer of peppers. Refrigerate overnight. The next day pour out, slice into rounds and serve garnished with chives. White bread pairs well.
