Ingredients
- 2 untreated limes
- 100 ml Coconut water
- 80 g sugar
- 200 g yogurt
- 250 g quark
- 250 ml coconut cream (well chilled)

Wash the limes hot and dry them. Zest one lime and grate the second lime. Squeeze the juice from both limes. Boil the zest, juice, coconut water and sugar together for about 5 minutes until the sugar has fully dissolved. Reserve 4 Tbsp of the syrup for garnish, add the lime zest and set aside. Let the remaining liquid cool. Then whisk in the yogurt and quark until smooth. Whip the coconut cream until creamy and fold it in. Spoon into glasses or bowls and chill for at least an hour.
