Strawberry Coconut Water Popsicles

The Strawberry Coconut Water Popsicle by Spoonsparrow is a light refreshment for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh strawberries
  • 6 mint stems
  • 500 ml coconut water

Instructions

    Wash and slice the strawberries into thin slices. Wash the mint and pluck the leaves.

  2. 2.

    Distribute strawberry slices and mint leaves onto 12 popsicle molds and fill with coconut water, leaving about 3–5 mm at the top.

    Place in the freezer for about an hour. Then insert sticks and let freeze for at least 4 hours.
