Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g honey
  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 30 g starch (2 tbsp)
  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 40 g coconut flakes
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 0.25 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g mixed exotic fruits (e.g., peach, mango, carambola, physalis, persimmon)

Instructions

    Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with honey until fluffy. Mix quark with starch, almonds, coconut flakes, and spices; fold into the yolk mixture. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

    Gradually fold the meringue into the quark mixture. Spread the quark batter in a baking dish and smooth the surface. Wash, peel if necessary, and cut the fruits into bite‑sized pieces; arrange them over the quark layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan) for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
