Ingredients
- 3 sheets gelatin
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 299 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp acacia honey
- 60 g blueberries
Instructions

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Whisk the low‑fat quark with the yogurt in a bowl and sweeten with acacia honey.

Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin, warm it gently in a small saucepan until dissolved, then stir into the quark mixture.

Wash and pat dry the blueberries; reserve some for garnish and fold the rest into the mixture. Pour the batter into a mold and smooth the surface.

Refrigerate the quark dessert 2–3 hours or overnight to set. Before serving, release from the mold, slice into rounds, plate, and top with a few fresh blueberries.
