Ingredients

  • 400 g quark (20 %)
  • 150 g plain yogurt (3.5 %)
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 75 g sugar
  • sweetener (to taste)
  • 50 g crunchy muesli
  • 2 tsp roasted chopped hazelnuts
  • raspberries

Instructions

    Whisk the quark with yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Sweeten further with sweetener to taste. Grind the crunchies in a mortar into crumbs.

    Place a few raspberries in dessert bowls, cover with quark cream, sprinkle with crunchy crumbs and hazelnuts. Distribute remaining raspberries on top and serve the crunchy quark as soon as possible.
