Ingredients
- 400 g quark (20 %)
- 150 g plain yogurt (3.5 %)
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 75 g sugar
- sweetener (to taste)
- 50 g crunchy muesli
- 2 tsp roasted chopped hazelnuts
- raspberries
Instructions

Whisk the quark with yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Sweeten further with sweetener to taste. Grind the crunchies in a mortar into crumbs.

Place a few raspberries in dessert bowls, cover with quark cream, sprinkle with crunchy crumbs and hazelnuts. Distribute remaining raspberries on top and serve the crunchy quark as soon as possible.
