Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 400 g mango flesh (seedless)
  • 100 g Ricotta
  • 100 g quark
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Toast the oats in a small non‑stick pan without fat. Cut the mango flesh into about 1 cm cubes.

    Mix the ricotta with the quark and 1 tbsp of oats, then stir in the honey and lemon juice.

    Fill two thirds of the mango cubes alternately with the ricotta‑quark mixture into small glass bowls. Arrange the remaining mango cubes on top and sprinkle with the remaining oats.
