- 80 g Amarettini
- 2 Bananas
- 8 tbsp liquid honey
- 500 g quark
- 5 tbsp whipping cream
- chocolate chips

Crush the Amaretti with a rolling pin.

Peel the bananas and slice them.

Whisk the cream into the quark until smooth.

Divide half of the cream-quark mixture among 4 dessert glasses, top each with Amaretti, drizzle 2 tbsp honey over each, and add half the banana slices. Fill remaining space with the rest of the quark, lay banana slices on top, and sprinkle chocolate chips before serving.
