Ingredients
- 250 g blue grapes
- 50 ml red grape juice
- 200 g sour cream quark
- 1 tbsp whipping cream
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 2 small red-skinned pears
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- mint
- 1 piece fresh coconut

Wash the grapes, halve them lengthwise and deseed as desired, then mix with the grape juice.

Grate 2 tbsp of coconut flesh from the coconut.

Stir the coconut shavings into the sour cream quark, whipping cream, and vanilla sugar.

Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the core, cut into strips, drizzle with lemon juice, and fold into the grapes.

Distribute two-thirds of the fruit mixture onto glasses. Layer the quark over it and top with the remaining fruits. Use a vegetable peeler to shave coconut from the coconut piece and sprinkle over the fruit cups. Garnish with mint leaves.
