Quark Cream with Berries

- 500 g strawberries
- 500 g raspberries
- 60 ml raspberry liqueur
- 250 g Quark (20% fat)
- 500 g yogurt (3.7 % fat)
- 200 g whipping cream
- 80 g sugar

Wash the strawberries briefly under cold water and clean them. Cut half into small pieces and put them in a pot. Rinse the raspberries and add half to the pot with the strawberries. Add powdered sugar and stir. Let sit for 10 minutes, then add raspberry liqueur and bring to a gentle boil, simmering for about 2 minutes. Strain the compote through a sieve. Halve the remaining strawberries and mix them with the remaining raspberries into the fruit sauce. Allow to cool completely.

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix quark and yogurt with sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
