Cucumber Smoothie

Refreshing cucumber smoothie from Spoonsparrow: a filling snack for in-between moments that can be prepared in no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 sprigs dill
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 200 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
  • Salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and pat the cucumber dry; slice a few thin pieces to set aside.

    Coarsely cube the remaining cucumber. Wash and shake off excess water from the dill. Blend everything with buttermilk and yogurt until smooth.

    Season the smoothie with salt and pepper, pour into four glasses, and garnish decoratively with the reserved cucumber slices.
