Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 500 g quark
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

    Peel, quarter, core the apples and cut into small cubes. Immediately steam in a small pot with little water covered over low heat, ensuring the apples do not break apart.

    Whisk quark with cream, yogurt, lemon juice, honey and vanilla sugar; season to taste.
