Ingredients

  • 2 bags black tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 50 ml dark rum
  • 200 ml gooseberry juice
  • candy sugar

Instructions

    Pour 500 ml boiling water over the tea and steep with the cinnamon stick for 3-5 minutes.

    Remove the tea bags, add the rum and juice. Sweeten to taste with candy sugar and divide among four cups.
