Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rosé wine (0.75 l)
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 3 Cloves
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 50 ml orange liqueur
  • 3 small oranges (unprocessed)
  • clove (for skewer)
  • 1 pack gingerbread cookies
  • 3 oranges (halved)
  • star anise
  • cinnamon stick

Instructions

    Add the rosé wine, sugar and vanilla to a pot. Add the spices, bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the orange liqueur.

    Wash the oranges hot, skewer with a spice clove and place them in the punch. Let steep at low temperature for about 1 hour in a closed pot (do not boil!). Pour into glasses and serve.
