Ingredients
- 1 bottle rosé wine (0.75 l)
- 30 g sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 3 cardamom pods
- 3 Cloves
- 2 star anise
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 50 ml orange liqueur
- 3 small oranges (unprocessed)
- clove (for skewer)
- 1 pack gingerbread cookies
- 3 oranges (halved)

Instructions

Add the rosé wine, sugar and vanilla to a pot. Add the spices, bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the orange liqueur.

Wash the oranges hot, skewer with a spice clove and place them in the punch. Let steep at low temperature for about 1 hour in a closed pot (do not boil!). Pour into glasses and serve.
