Pumpkin Punch

Ingredients
- 1 muskmelon pumpkin
- 5 Oranges
- 2 tbsp whole cane sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 l dry white wine
- 1 l ice‑cold soda water

Cut a lid off the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh (about 900 g) with a melon baller.

Peel three oranges all around and cut the fillets from the skins. Squeeze juice from the remaining fruit. Juice the rest of the oranges, combine with sugar and gently warm until the sugar dissolves.

Let the orange juice cool, then add cinnamon, wine and pumpkin balls to the hollowed pumpkin. Let steep for about 3 hours. Before serving pour in the cold soda water.
