Ingredients
- 500 g butternut squash
- 80 ml olive oil
- 0.5 orange (juice)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- a pinch chili powder
- 3 red onions
- 5 fresh garlic cloves
- 125 g black olives (pitted if desired)
- 1 handful sage leaves

Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

Wash the pumpkin (peel if desired) and cut into wedges. Mix the oil with orange juice, salt, cayenne, vanilla essence, and chili, then combine with the pumpkin. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Peel the onions and cut into large pieces. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Drain the olives. Rinse the sage leaves and shake dry. Mix the vegetables under the pumpkin and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
