Ingredients

  • 60 g Butter
  • 800 g pumpkin
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • oil (for greasing the pan)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat. Melt the butter. Peel, halve, seed the pumpkin and cut the flesh into bite‑size pieces. Wash the chives, dry them and slice into ribbons.

    Spread the pumpkin on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt, and roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning once. Arrange in bowls and garnish with chive ribbons.
