Ingredients

  • 4 pumpkin seed rolls
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • frisée salad
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 2 hard‑boiled eggs
  • 2 tsp grated horseradish
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 2 tbsp chopped herbs
  • 200 g plain cream cheese
  • 1 Carrot
  • 50 g bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds

Instructions

    Cut the rolls in half and spread butter on each piece.

    Wash, dry, and tear the salad leaves. Wash the tomatoes, remove stems, and slice the peeled eggs into rounds.

    Stir horseradish with salt, pepper, and herbs into the cream cheese and season to taste. Wash, peel, and julienne the carrot.

    Top the lower half of each roll with salad, tomato and egg slices, herb‑cream cheese, carrot ribbons, bean sprouts, and pumpkin seeds. Place the upper roll halves on top and serve.
