Ingredients

  • 300 g pumpkin flesh
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 200 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a pinch cumin
  • 1 tsp light mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
  • Cayenne pepper

    Fill immediately into hot-washed jars, seal and place upside down for 15 minutes. Then turn over and allow to cool completely.
