Ingredients
- 150 g rye bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 100 g quark cheese
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 50 g grated dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 250 g cherries, pitted
- 80 ml cherry brandy
- mint for garnish

Crush the rye bread and caramelize with 2 tbsp sugar in a pan. Remove from heat, place on a plate and let cool. Whisk remaining sugar with vanilla sugar and quark until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Mix rye crumbs with chocolate and hazelnuts. Wash and pit cherries.

Layer all ingredients into four glasses, fill a piping bag with the vanilla cream using a star tip and pipe over the layers. Drizzle cherry brandy intermittently. Let set for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with mint and serve.
