Ingredients
- 500 g prunes
- 100 g butter
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
- 125 g flour

- 100 g whipping cream
Instructions

Wash the prunes, halve them, pit them and cut into smaller pieces if needed. Arrange the prunes tightly side by side in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with 1½ tsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar.

Melt the butter. In a bowl combine the almonds, flour, remaining sugar and remaining cinnamon. Mix well. Add the melted butter and knead everything into crumbs. Distribute the crumbs with pine nuts over the prunes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.

Serve by topping with lightly whipped cream.
