Ingredients

  • 500 g princess bean
  • Salz
  • 30 g walnut kernels
  • 3 EL olive oil
  • 1 TL rosemary needle
  • Pfeffer aus der Mühle
  • 4 lamb fillets

Instructions

    Rinse, clean, cut into pieces, and boil the princess beans in salted water for 6-8 minutes. Then drain and let them dry.

    Chop the walnuts. Heat the olive oil. Briefly sauté the walnuts and rosemary in it. Add the beans and stir briefly in the oil. Season with pepper.

    Rub the lamb fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the remaining olive oil in a non-stick pan and brown the lamb fillets all around for 6-8 minutes. Let them rest briefly and slice.
