Pretzel Ghosts

Ingredients

  • 50 g white couverture chocolate
  • 125 g thick crackers (made from spelt)
  • 1 black food coloring (as a pen)

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the white chocolate and melt it over a hot water bath. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm.

    Dip half of each cracker into the melted chocolate and place them on a rack. Let the chocolate dry for 10 minutes.

    Using the black food coloring pen, draw eyes on the crackers. The spooky pretzel ghosts are ready.
