Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 190 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 EL milk
- sugar
- fat (for greasing the baking sheet)
Instructions

Knead flour, softened butter, sugar, egg and vanilla sugar quickly into a dough. Roll the dough to about 4 mm thickness, cut out pretzel shapes, grease the baking sheet and place the pretzels on it.

Whisk egg yolk and milk and brush the pretzels with this mixture. Bake at 200°C until golden yellow. Sprinkle with sugar while still warm.
