Poultry Skewer with Paprika

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp harissa (powder)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 onions
- Salt

Wash, pat dry and cube the turkey breast fillets. Whisk together the olive oil, paprika powder, harissa, lemon juice and cayenne pepper, then toss with the turkey cubes. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Peel the onions and slice into wedges.

Remove the meat from the marinate and skewer alternately with bell pepper pieces and onion wedges on wooden sticks. Place on a grill or in a hot grill pan, season with salt and cook 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown. Brush occasionally with leftover marinade before serving.

Serve with dipping sauces such as mango sauce if desired.
