- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 1 tsp butter
- 150 g lingonberries (washed and drained)
- sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh tarragon leaves

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. In hot clarified butter, sear each side for about 3 minutes; remove and keep warm.

Add butter to the pan, let it foam, then add lingonberries. Simmer a few minutes until they soften and burst; if needed, splash in some water. Sweeten with sugar, stir in parsley and tarragon, and serve the sauce over the pork chops.
