Ingredients

  • 1 kg new potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 large slices of ham
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 bunches chives
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes, scrub the skins with a clean plastic scraper, and cut them into thick slices.

    Place the potatoes in a pot, cover almost completely with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 20-25 minutes until tender.

    Meanwhile, slice the ham into strips and cut the chives into rings; tie some bundles from a few stems for garnish.

    Bring the milk to a simmer in a small pot, stir in the sour cream, heat through, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then add the ham. Drain the potatoes and serve them on plates topped with the creamy sauce and garnished with chives.
