Ingredients

  • 600 g potatoes (boiled and sliced)
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 beetroot (cooked, diced)
  • 1 red onion (finely diced)
  • 2 Boskop apples (diced)
  • 100 g mustard cucumber (diced)
  • 2 matjes fillets (cut into strips)
  • 100 g cold veal roast (cut into strips)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp dill (finely chopped)

Instructions

    Whisk mayonnaise and yogurt, season strongly with salt and pepper, then fold in all other ingredients.
