Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes (boiled and sliced)
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 beetroot (cooked, diced)
- 1 red onion (finely diced)
- 2 Boskop apples (diced)
- 100 g mustard cucumber (diced)
- 2 matjes fillets (cut into strips)
- 100 g cold veal roast (cut into strips)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp dill (finely chopped)
