Ingredients

  • 200 g Emmentaler
  • 3 slices pineapple (canned)
  • 2 small red apples
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 150 g yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp grated walnuts
  • basil (for garnish)

Instructions

    Cut the Emmentaler into cubes. Dice the pineapple. Wash the apples, halve them, remove cores and cut into thin slivers. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Mix yogurt with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp canned pineapple juice.

    Add apples, cheese and pineapple to a bowl and mix with yogurt. Let sit for ½ hour, then stir in chopped and grated walnuts before serving and garnish with basil leaves.
