Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 kg mostly waxy potatoes
- 1 egg
- 100 g flour
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- oil (for frying)
- 4 tbsp Sour cream

Peel and finely grate the onion. Peel, wash, and grate the potatoes raw with the onions. Squeeze out excess liquid and discard it. Carefully mix in the egg and flour. Season heavily with salt and pepper.

Heat plenty of oil in a pan. For each pancake press 2 tbsp of batter flat and fry on both sides until golden brown. Keep warm in the oven until all pancakes are ready.

Briefly place on kitchen paper to drain. Arrange three pancakes on a preheated plate and garnish with 1 tbsp sour cream. Serve immediately.
