Ingredients
- 200 g chicory
- 200 g canned pineapple chunks
- 120 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp watercress
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tbsp pistachio nuts

Wash the chicory, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the tough core with a wedge shape and slice into strips. Mix with the drained pineapple chunks. Combine sour cream with lemon juice, watercress, salt, pepper, and sugar; drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle the pistachio nuts on top of the chicory salad with pineapple.
