Ingredients

  • 800 g new potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 600 ml Vegetable Broth
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash potatoes, brush if necessary, and slice them with skin on.

    Peel onions and cut into rings.

    Layer onions and potato slices in a baking dish (or similar) and pour the vegetable broth over. Drizzle with olive oil, season generously with sea salt and pepper, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C under/over heat for about 1 hour. If the gratin darkens too much, cover it with foil.

    Serve with broccoli vegetables or your choice of side dish.
