Ingredients
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 2 small chili peppers
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 150 g Sour cream
- 200 ml milk
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 g grated Emmental cheese
- 200 g mixed pickles (from jar)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash potatoes, boil in salted water for 20 minutes until firm, drain and steam to cool, peel, slice.

Halve the chili peppers, wash, remove seeds, finely chop. Wash parsley, dry, and finely chop.

Layer the sliced potatoes in a gratin dish. Mix sour cream with milk, hot broth, chili, half of the parsley, salt, pepper, and pour over the potatoes.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Garnish with remaining parsley and serve with mixed pickles.
