Ingredients
- 700 g potatoes
- 250 g endive salad
- 200 g turkey bacon
- 150 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
- nutmeg
Instructions
-
1.
Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into small pieces; boil in salted water for about 25 minutes.
-
2.
Wash, trim, dry, and slice the endive into fine strips.
-
3.
Dice the turkey bacon finely; fry in a hot pan without oil until crisp, then remove half. Add the remaining bacon to the endive and let them mingle.
-
4.
Heat milk and butter together in a pot.
-
5.
Drain the potatoes, allow them to steam off excess water, return them to the pot, and pour in the milk mixture. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, fold in the bacon-endive mix, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
-
6.
Sprinkle with the remaining turkey bacon before serving.
