  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml Rama Rama Cremefine (15% fat for cooking)

  • 2 Knorr vegetable bouillon cubes
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 300 g apples (2 pieces)
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 g Butter

Instructions

  1. 1.

Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Clean, wash and cut the leeks into rings. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 6 minutes. Add the leeks after 3 minutes to cook together. Drain.
