Potato and Grape Salad with Goat Cheese

Potato and grape salad by Spoonsparrow: Grapes are rich in OPC and resveratrol, protecting body cells, arteries, and vessels!
Ingredients
- 800 g small early potatoes
- Salt
- 1 Red Onion
- 250 g blue grapes (seedless)
- 0.5 bunch basil (10 g)
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Pepper
- 8 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 80 g goat cheese (roll)

Wash potatoes and cook in salted boiling water with skins on for about 25 minutes. Drain, let drain, then cool.

While the potatoes are cooking, peel the onion and slice into rings. Wash grapes, pat dry, and halve them.

Cut cooled potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Wash basil, shake off excess water, pluck leaves and cut into strips. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil together and toss with the prepared salad ingredients.

Cut goat cheese into pieces and mix with the salad. Serve the potato and grape salad with goat cheese.
