Ingredients

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 400 g smoked chicken breast fillet
  • 500 g corn kernels
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 200 g pineapple chunks (canned)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 0.5 lemon (juiced)
  • 4 tbsp Walnut oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash, trim and cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces. Dice the chicken breast into cubes. Wash and trim the celery, roughly chop the leaves and slice the stalks. Drain the pineapple chunks well.

    Whisk together honey, lemon juice and walnut oil, then fold in all remaining salad ingredients. Season with salt and serve.
