Porridge with Fruit

Try the delicious porridge with fruit from Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 40 g dried fruit (e.g., apricots, raisins; 2 tbsp)
  • 1 Banana
  • 10 g Coconut chips (1 tbsp)

Instructions

    Bring the milk and oats to a boil in a pot. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes while stirring occasionally until a creamy porridge forms. Then stir in vanilla powder and honey.

    Meanwhile, roughly chop the dried fruit and slice the banana.

    Serve the porridge in two bowls, topping with the chopped dried fruit and sliced banana. Sprinkle coconut chips on top.
