Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 splash lime juice
  • 100 g Feta
  • 80 g sourdough bread (2 slices)
  • a handful strawberries
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • chili flakes

Instructions

    Halve and pit the avocado. Remove flesh from the skin and roughly mash it. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Crumble the feta and mix into the avocado.

    Spread the avocado‑feta mixture onto the bread slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan) for about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile wash, pit, and slice the strawberries. Toss them with balsamic vinegar, pepper, and chili flakes. Arrange the strawberry topping on the toasted bread and serve immediately.
