Quark with Fruit

A fruity start to the day? How about a quark with fruit from Spoonsparrow? Quick to prepare, delicious, and full of protein-rich goodness!

Ingredients

  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 100 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 kaki
  • 60 g berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 15 g chopped almond kernels
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey

Instructions

    Whisk the quark with milk until creamy.

    Wash the kaki, halve it, remove stem and core, and cut the flesh into small pieces. Rinse the berries, wash them, and pat dry. Toast the almonds in a pan without oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
