Pork with Wok Vegetables

Ingredients
- 500 g small pork fillet (1 small pork fillet)
- 1 vegetable onion
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
- 2 carrots
- 50 g mushrooms
- 50 g Mu-Err mushroom
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Cornstarch

Wash the pork fillet, pat dry, and cut into large bite‑sized pieces.

Wash, clean, halve, seed, remove white membranes from bell peppers and cut into pieces. Peel onion and cut into pieces. Peel carrots and slice into strips. Clean mushrooms, split larger ones, leave smaller whole. Peel garlic and finely chop.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok and brown the meat. Remove, add another tbsp oil to the wok and stir‑fry mushrooms with garlic. Remove, add oil and cook remaining vegetables crisp. Return mushrooms and meat, mix, salt and pepper.

Whisk cornstarch with water until smooth, mix in ketchup, sugar and soy sauce, pour over hot vegetables. Heat briefly, taste, serve immediately.
