Ingredients

  • 2 kg lean pork ribs
  • 125 ml oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • A splash Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bundle mixed herbs
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • vegetable oil
  • 4 corn cobs
  • 2 tbsp liquid butter
  • Salt
  • raw vegetables (carrot strips, cabbage etc. as desired)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Ask the butcher to cut pork ribs into individual pieces (3-4 ribs). Rinse ribs with water and pat dry. Peel and finely chop onion, mince herbs, press garlic, and mix with remaining ingredients to form a marinade. Let ribs soak in marinade for 2 hours. Grill ribs 8-10 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade.

  2. 2.

Wash potatoes thoroughly, pat dry, brush with oil, season with salt, and tightly wrap each in foil. Cook beside the grill for about 35‑40 minutes.

  3. 3.

Trim corn cobs and boil in plenty of salted water for 20 minutes. Remove from water, pat dry, brush with butter, sprinkle salt, and brown all around on the grill.

  4. 4.

Serve by arranging potatoes, corn cobs, some raw vegetables, and pork ribs on a plate.
