Ingredients

  • 200 g pork fillet
  • 350 ml vegetable broth
  • 175 g carrots
  • 100 g pointed cabbage
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 50 g peas
  • juice of one lemon
  • Salt
  • lemon pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, season with salt and lemon pepper, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat a portion of the vegetable broth in a pan or wok, add the meat, and simmer for 6 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the zucchini, halve it, and slice thinly. Peel the carrots and split them lengthwise. Wash the cabbage and finely mince it.

    Add the carrots, cabbage, garlic, and remaining broth to the pan. Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice, zucchini, and peas, then simmer everything for another 2-3 minutes.

    Return the meat to the pan and let everything heat through for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and lemon pepper, and serve with rice.
