Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (≈240 g)
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- a splash of dry white wine
- 1 chicory
- fresh marjoram (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 100°C with fan and top heat.

Wash and pat dry the pork chops. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half or quarters depending on size. Wash the tomatoes and let them drain well. Peel the onions and slice into wedges. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then dust with flour. Brown them in hot oil on both sides until golden brown, then place on a rack in the oven for about 15 minutes to finish cooking. In the pan drippings sauté the mushrooms and onions for 2-3 minutes, deglaze with wine. Add the tomatoes and cook for about 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash, clean and separate the chicory into individual leaves. Arrange the pork chops with the vegetables on top of the chicory leaves and serve garnished with marjoram.
