Tomato Juice with Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 8 fully ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
  • 0.5 tsp olive oil
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Szechuan peppercorns (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and cut into large pieces. Wash the tomatoes, trim the stems, cut into chunks and blend with the bell pepper pieces. Mix in paprika powder and olive oil, then season with cayenne pepper and lemon juice.

    Serve in glasses, garnished with grated Szechuan peppercorns.
