Ingredients
- 1 slice of white loaf bread (about 2.5 cm thick)
- 50 g Brie cheese
- 0.25 red bell pepper
- Watercress
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Cut a pocket into the white bread slice.

Dice Brie, cut pepper into strips, wash and rinse watercress, pick off leaves.

Fill the bread pocket with cheese, pepper, and watercress, season with salt and pepper, grill on hot grill about 2–3 minutes per side until cheese starts to melt.
